Send a message to our support team in Telegram at @profitcamp_bot within 30 days of your purchase. Please write from the Telegram account you used to open the Starter Kit, or mention the email address you used at checkout, so that we can find your order.
You do not need to explain why you are asking for a refund. We aim to reply within 3 business days and, once the request is approved, return the full amount to the original payment method. Your bank may need several additional business days to show the refund.
When a refund is processed, your access to the Starter Kit in the app is closed.
This policy applies only to the Starter Kit. Other products offered by LOTUS FINANCE INC. (for example, the Training Camp) are governed by their own refund terms. A refund of the Starter Kit does not affect your other purchases, and the refund terms of other products do not apply to the Starter Kit.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank. In most cases we can resolve it faster.
