The Starter Kit is a digital educational product: video lessons, templates, prompts and related materials about creating and running an Instagram account with the help of AI tools. It is delivered digitally, in the app inside Telegram, immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
The Starter Kit is sold for a one-time payment of $17 (USD), unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. We do not store your card details, and your card is not saved for future charges.
After payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Starter Kit for your own education. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the materials, or give access to other people.
The Starter Kit is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy shown on this page, which forms part of these Terms.
The Starter Kit is educational. We do not promise or guarantee any income or any particular result. Any earnings, results or examples mentioned on our pages, including results of the author and of other participants, show only what is possible and are not typical. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, market conditions and the way you apply the materials. Running any online business involves risk, including the risk of earning nothing.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact support before disputing the payment with your bank. If you open a dispute, we may provide the payment processor and your bank with information about your order, delivery of the Starter Kit and these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOTUS FINANCE INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Starter Kit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Starter Kit.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you purchase applies to your purchase.
